Tiffany Austin
EFFECTIVE. COMPASSIONATE. AUTHENTIC.
I am a certified “Primal Questions” Life Coach. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1995. I absolutely love helping teens & adults reach their desired goals. My experiences include but are not limited to providing & equipping others with tools and strategies needed to move forward using multimodalities while working with children, adolescents, and adults within schools, hospitals, outpatient settings and communities providing therapy, coaching and social services. I practice using a non-judgmental, client-centered, and strength-based therapeutic coaching approach while meeting others where they are currently while working together to achieve your goals. I am trained and/or certified in multiple modalities including Primal Question Coaching, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Trauma Focused, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. My goal is to create a safe and empathetic environment while assisting you with your healing, finding a balance, and helping you become the person you were created to become while improving your life one day at a time.
